Here’s some information about the three open positions on our team.
Our team is actively growing, and we’re looking to add talented people in several positions. Our mission is to dream big, inspire growth, and enrich lives. Our team was founded with just four members, but today we’ve grown to a strong team of 22. We’ve always remained focused on helping our clients achieve their real estate goals, whether that means helping buyers find their dream home or helping our sellers sell for top dollar with the least hassle.
For our internal customers, our team members, it’s very similar. We want to create an environment that allows our team members to meet and exceed their personal and professional goals and have fun doing it. We’re seeking candidates for these three full-time career opportunities on our team:
1. Buyer specialists. This is a licensed, commission-based position that will allow you to help clients discover what’s important to them in a home and work with them to find and purchase the right property.
2. Inside sales agents. This candidate can be licensed or unlicensed and is a vital position on our team for those who love real estate and need a more predictable schedule and income. In this office-based position, you’ll have the opportunity to engage with new and existing leads and convert them into appointments. Compensation for this position is base salary plus commission.
3. Transaction coordinators. This is an unlicensed or licensed salary-based position that is critically important to helping everyone take excellent care of our clients. You’ll be coordinating with lenders, inspectors, attorneys, and cooperating agents to take our clients from potential buyers to homeowners.
